ExploreWhy This Work Matters
Too many teams are expected to be "self-organising" without the conditions to succeed. Organisations want ownership and collaboration, but leaders, coaches, and Scrum Masters are often left without practical guidance on how to support that journey — not by controlling teams, not by stepping back too far, but by working with the real dynamics underneath.
The most important questions in team development are rarely about frameworks or ceremonies. They are about trust, authority, relationships, tension, responsibility, and what happens beneath the surface when a team is trying to grow. That conviction — and two decades of seeing it confirmed — is what drives this work.
